## About the Role
We're looking for a **Senior Product Designer** to join our Smart Apps team and help shape the next generation of enterprise insurance technology. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research through launch and iteration—creating intuitive experiences that solve complex business challenges for enterprise users.
You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable, user-centered solutions. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy, mentor designers, and drive innovation across AI-powered and workflow automation initiatives.
If you're energized by solving complex problems, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy building products that deliver measurable customer value, we'd love to meet you.
**What You'll Do**
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and implementation support.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise applications.
- Conduct user research and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes that rapidly validate concepts and improve product-market fit.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
- Champion human-centered design principles and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
- Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, design reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Collaborate on innovative initiatives involving AI, intelligent automation, ServiceNow orchestration, and emerging technologies.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong user-centered perspective.
- Continuously measure and improve user experiences through testing, analytics, and iteration.
## What We're Looking For
### Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and impactful work on enterprise or complex SaaS products.
- Expertise with Figma, interactive prototyping, user research, usability testing, and design systems.
- Experience designing data-rich, workflow-driven enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Experience working within Agile product development teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing products for insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, automation platforms, or intelligent enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms.
- Experience with Claude Code, Figma MCP Server, or other AI-assisted design and development tools.
## Why You'll Love Working Here
- **Remote-first culture** with the flexibility to do your best work.
- Opportunity to shape products used by global enterprise customers.
- High visibility and meaningful influence on product strategy and design direction.
- Work alongside talented designers, engineers, and product leaders who value collaboration and innovation.
- Be at the forefront of AI-powered product experiences and enterprise automation.
- A culture that encourages experimentation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Competitive compensation and opportunities for career advancement.
## About You
You're a strategic thinker with a strong design craft and a passion for solving meaningful customer problems. You enjoy navigating ambiguity, collaborating across disciplines, and turning complex workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences. You take ownership, communicate effectively, and are excited by the opportunity to help shape products from concept to launch.
If you're ready to create exceptional enterprise experiences and make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
