# **SENIOR PUBLIC HEALTH RESEARCH SCIENTIST** ICF is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented candidate with public health research and evaluation experience to support federal public health evaluation projects. **This role will work remote in the Atlanta, Georgia area.** **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct and contribute to leadership of evaluations of federal initiatives. - Develop evaluation plans, logic models, evaluation questions, data collection and analysis plans, and evaluation reports. - Contribute to the development of reports, manuscripts, briefing materials, etc. - Provide oversight to data collection and analysis. **Required Qualifications:** - Masters Degree in public health, public administration, health policy, data analytics, economics, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in research, program evaluation, data collection, or data analysis within public-sector, healthcare, or grant-funded environments. - Experience with public health program evaluation, including development of evaluation plans, logic models, data collection and analysis plans, and reports. - Experience with government-funded national program evaluations. - Expert in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows, including experience using Excel. - ***This position requires a HHS (Health and Human Services) background check. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $74,090.00 - $125,954.00 Georgia Remote Office (GA99)
