As a Senior Python GenAI Engineer, you will: - Design and develop Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). - Build scalable AI-powered applications using Python, FastAPI, and Azure services. - Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. - Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories. - Engineer prompt frameworks and optimize model performance for business use cases. - Deploy, monitor, and manage AI workloads on Azure cloud platforms. - Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Solution Architects. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. What You Bring to the Table: - 7–10 years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions. - Strong proficiency in Python and backend development. - Hands-on experience with FastAPI and API-driven architectures. - Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Mistral, or similar). - Knowledge of RAG frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search. - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development. - Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI principles. You Should Possess the Ability to: - Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions from concept to production. - Build highly scalable, secure, and performant AI applications. - Optimize prompts, embeddings, and model outputs for business value. - Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data sources. - Troubleshoot AI, application, and cloud infrastructure challenges. - Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to technical and business stakeholders. - Drive innovation while maintaining production-grade engineering standards.
