We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Developer / Test Lead to design and drive the overarching test strategy for a digital banking modernization initiative. This role is ideal for a hands-on quality engineer who excels in building automated test suites, leading performance and security testing, and ensuring a flawless member experience upon go-live. ### What You'll Do - Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases covering all facets of the digital banking platform. - Build and manage automated testing frameworks, performance testing, and security testing protocols. - Lead business validation testing, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments. - Drive defect triage and prioritization, and manage the ultimate UAT test signoff and business approval process. - Implement CI/CD pipeline test integrations and automated deployment workflows. ### Required Qualifications - 5+ years of recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles. - Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks (UI and API testing). - Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies. - Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex, multi-vendor integrated environments. - Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. ### Nice to Have - Experience with Azure DevOps integration for automated testing. - Prior experience testing enterprise-scale software deployments within banking or digital finance. - Experience in large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects. ### What We Offer - Opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale modernization initiatives. - Collaborative and supportive engineering culture. - Exposure to modern cloud-native technologies and platforms. - Flexible and dynamic remote delivery environment.
