We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Senior QA Engineer to join our engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our product. In this role, you’ll own testing efforts across complex cyber-related features, work closely with developers, product managers, and automation engineers, and use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to improve test design, bug investigation, log analysis, and overall testing efficiency. - Own the end-to-end quality of features from planning through release - Define and execute test plans, including exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and API testing - Participate in product and feature design discussions to identify risks, edge cases, and quality gaps early in the process - Test complex client-server flows, APIs, web applications, and cyber-related product scenarios - Use AI tools to support test planning, edge-case discovery, documentation, log analysis, and defect investigation - Collaborate with developers and automation engineers to identify coverage gaps and improve test effectiveness - Support and validate automated test coverage, and help prioritize areas for automation - Raise clear, actionable bug reports and help triage issues across teams - Analyze logs, investigate failures, and work hands-on with technical environments - Contribute to test documentation and share knowledge with the QA team - 5+ years of experience in QA roles - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices - Experience testing web applications, APIs, and client-server systems - Basic understanding of network protocols, HTTP requests, and client-server communication flows - Experience working with logs, debugging technical issues, and investigating system behavior - Comfortable using AI tools as part of the QA workflow - Ability to write clear, detailed test cases and bug reports - Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail - Comfortable using basic shell commands and working with technical environments - Familiarity with reading logs, inspecting pods, and triggering builds or jobs via Jenkins - Comfortable working in fast-paced agile environments - Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills **Nice to Have** - Experience in cybersecurity, security products, or network/security testing - Experience with basic scripting or test automation frameworks such as Python, Selenium, or Playwright - Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or browser dev tools for API/UI validation - Understanding of CI/CD workflows and how QA fits into release cycles - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP - Experience with containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes If you think this role doesn't fully match your skills but are eager to grow and break glass ceilings, we’d love to hear from you!
