As a Contract Senior Recruiter, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. This contract role is based onsite in our Brisbane, CA headquarters. What You'll Do - Own full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across scientific, technical, and corporate functions. - Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop search strategies, and identify the skills and experiences that drive success. - Lead intake meetings, candidate screening, interview planning, debrief discussions, and offer processes from start to finish. - Proactively source and engage top talent, including passive candidates, to build strong and diverse talent pipelines. - Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on talent market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices. - Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams through clear communication, collaboration, and responsiveness. - Drive efficient, compliant hiring processes while maintaining accurate candidate data and reporting within Greenhouse and other talent systems. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen recruiting effectiveness, employer brand, and hiring outcomes. What You'll Bring - 6-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or a similarly fast-paced, highly specialized industry. - A track record of successfully hiring across scientific disciplines (R&D, CMC, Technical Operations, Clinical, or related functions) as well as corporate teams. - Strong partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively with leaders at all levels. - Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent through a variety of channels and recruiting strategies. - Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. - Confidence balancing strategic talent acquisition work with hands-on recruiting execution and coordination. - Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system preferred. - A commitment to fostering inclusive hiring practices and helping create diverse, high-performing teams.
