After 18 years in the market, we power more than 10% of global M&A activity, grow at 30%+ YoY, and are now scaling 5x globally to disrupt the VDR category and reach unicorn status by 2029. ### The role We are looking for a Senior Revenue Systems AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-enabled automations and agent-driven workflows across our Revenue Systems, while strengthening CRM systems ownership, integrations, and process scalability across GTM operations. You'll support the Revenue Systems Engineering team's shift toward an automation-first operating model, replacing manual, ticket-driven work with agent-executed workflows, without breaking what already works. You'll have real influence over how AI gets embedded into revenue operations at Ideals, from evaluating what should be automated to defining the guardrails that keep automation safe and auditable. You'll work independently on regular end-to-end solutions where business processes and ownership boundaries are already defined, making implementation decisions within established architecture and standards, while looking for ways to improve existing processes.
