From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters. ## Job Description Responsibilities: - Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications. - Participates actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle. - Collaborates with various project stakeholders to provide support for clarifying requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities. - Research and propose AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC and address business challenges - Recommends and promotes IT industry standards, tools, practices (DevOps, etc.) to achieve well-engineered software products. - Proposes improvements and escalates risks/issues related to development activities. - Participates in the review of the work done by development team members. - Learns and applies new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project. - Participates in internal and external tech communities, events, etc. - Shares experience and knowledge gained from projects. - Qualifications ## Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in software development. - Strong understanding of different common programming paradigms (OOP, Functional, etc.). - Strong familiarity with design/architectural patterns and clean code principles(e.g. SOLID, GoF, MVVM) . - Proficient in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools such as Ruby, Ruby version managers, Rails, Rspec. - Nice to have: Ruby 3.0, Pry, Rubocop, Bundler (gem creation), Rake, Background Jobs, Ruby LSP.
