We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integrations, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies. - Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical discussions. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment plans. - Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle. - Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes. Required Qualifications - 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong experience with: - Apex - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - SOQL/SOSL - Salesforce Flows - Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) - Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs - Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools. - Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with Salesforce clouds beyond Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, such as: - Field Service - Experience Cloud - Marketing Cloud - Health Cloud - Financial Services Cloud - Education Cloud - CPQ - Data Cloud - Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, etc.). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware tools
