This role is well suited to someone starting their career in digital marketing, with an interest in search engines, data-led content, AI-enabled tools, and continuous learning. The role is based in Hungary within the CVM & Marketing VOIS department. ## What you’ll do Define and drive the SEO roadmap across markets, channels, and teams, ensuring SEO activity supports wider business objectives. Lead advanced SEO audits and develop long-term strategies aligned with business goals and digital performance priorities. Use AI-powered tools to support advanced analysis, reporting, and content optimisation at scale. Monitor search algorithm updates and coordinate agile response plans to protect and improve organic performance. Collaborate with product, development, and UX teams to improve site structure, user experience, and technical performance. Promote SEO best practices across digital content formats, including video, image, and app SEO. Develop measurement plans, KPIs, and forecasting models using tools such as BigQuery, Looker, and GA4. Support knowledge sharing by mentoring junior team members and helping teams build SEO capability. Influence stakeholders through clear storytelling, actionable insights, and data-led recommendations. ## Who you are You have 8+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a track record of delivering results in complex digital environments You bring strong technical SEO knowledge, including JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals. You understand cross-channel SEO strategies and how they integrate with broader marketing goals. You are proficient in using AI and automation tools to scale analysis, reporting, and insight generation. You have experience with data visualisation tools, with basic scripting knowledge in Python or SQL considered an advantage. You communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively across different teams and priorities. A degree in marketing, communications, data science, or a related field is beneficial. Experience with agency or vendor relationships, digital marketing consultancy, ecommerce, B2B, telco, international or multi-language sites, marketplace SEO, or SEO thought leadership would be an advantage ## Not a perfect fit?
