The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, integrations, and ITSM/ITOM modules, along with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. - Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules. - Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Troubleshoot platform issues, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation. - Mentor junior developers and follow Agile/Scrum development practices. Required Skills: - 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. - Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integrations. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. - Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules. - Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) are highly preferred.
