Responsibilities: - Support operational and ticket-driven activities, with a primary focus on identifying, analyzing, and remediating security vulnerabilities (Synk) across banking applications rather than developing new features. - Contribute to the organization's GitHub migration initiative by standardizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing security controls, and establishing operational practices using GitHub and GitHub Actions. - Enhance system observability by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, while reducing operational overhead through automation and self-service capabilities. - Modernize legacy applications to meet the bank’s current technology, security, compliance, and operational standards. - Collaborate closely with Development Platform and Security teams to drive the consistent adoption of DevOps, security, and operational best practices across products and services. - Develop and maintain automation tools, reusable workflows, and operational processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and consistency across application teams. - Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall developer and operational experience.
