Optimize and automate loan-origination process workflows to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
Connectivity & Integrations
Build and maintain integrations between the LOS and internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and secure file exchange.
Support connectivity to mortgage service providers (e.g., AUS, pricing engines, credit, e-sign/doc prep, title, appraisal, and investor/GSE delivery).
Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and handle sensitive borrower data (PII/NPI) appropriately.

Coordinate work across the team and with business stakeholders and vendors; communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly.
Break large initiatives into workable, well-sequenced tasks.
Best Practices, Documentation & Governance
Follow SDLC and coding best practices: standards, peer code review, testing, and disciplined change control.
