Summary We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our OneStream XF Platform Development team. Our company provides Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software for large corporations. Our product is designed for high-end deployments at customer facilities or in the Microsoft Azure cloud. The OneStream Platform contains complex OLAP, multi-dimensional, multi-server, multi-threading, web, and SQL technologies and is specifically designed to solve problems for the Office of the CFO at large corporations. Primary responsibilities will be to design, develop & maintain our OneStream platform and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. - Lead cross-functional design discussions and ensure alignment with technical vision. - Write and maintain high-quality code in C#, VB.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks. - Refactor legacy code and improve test coverage through unit and integration testing. - Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and quality. - Mentor and support both senior and junior engineers on best practices and design patterns. - Facilitate onboarding for new team members and promote knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with stakeholders across product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues. - Stay informed of new technologies and guide technology adoption decisions. Required Education and Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. - 12+ years of professional software development experience. - Expertise in C#, .NET Core, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Blazor, and web-based technologies. - Deep knowledge of Azure/AWS, including configuration of elastic pools, VMs, key vaults, and storage accounts. - Proven experience delivering production software through multiple release cycles. - Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices. - Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, xUnit). - Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve complex customer-reported issues. - Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams. Preferred Education and Experience - Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or higher (e.g., AZ-400 – DevOps Expert). - Domain expertise in financial systems or Corporate Performance Management platforms. - Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks relevant to cloud-based software. - Experience leading Agile development teams or projects.
