This position requires strong technical ownership, architectural expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams. - Design, develop, and deliver complex software features across data platforms and API services, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with technical architecture. - Lead technical activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including estimation, planning, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement. - Drive architectural decisions related to data integration pipelines, service-to-service integrations, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. - Build and maintain reliable, high-quality software using modern development practices and engineering standards. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, including software defects, performance issues, database optimization, and integration problems. - Design and implement automated testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure robust and maintainable code. - Perform code reviews, establish development standards, and help improve the overall quality of engineering deliverables. - Develop and maintain clean, well-structured, and documented code following strong software engineering principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, solve customer-impacting issues, and deliver effective solutions. - Mentor and coach other developers by sharing technical knowledge, improving practices, and supporting team growth. - Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, establish best practices, and accelerate engineering workflows. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly experienced software engineer with strong backend development expertise, architectural judgment, and a passion for building scalable, reliable systems.
