Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js. - Build robust and secure REST APIs and backend services. - Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions covering frontend, backend, and database layers. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical and production issues. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js. - Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and integrations using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. - Contribute to microservices design and implementation. - Develop and maintain workflows using Temporal. - Implement and consume APIs and integrate with external systems. - Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment activities using GitLab and Jenkins. - Support application deployment and development within AWS environments. - Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and stakeholders. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. - Prepare technical documentation, design artifacts, and knowledge-sharing materials. - Continuously drive innovation, automation, and process improvements. Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) - 8–10+ years of software development experience. - Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript. - Strong experience in Full Stack Development and API Development. - Strong backend development expertise using Node.js. - Strong frontend development experience using React.js. - Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proven experience delivering complex enterprise applications. - Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and supporting production-grade software solutions. Preferred Skills - Experience with GoLang development. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL. - Development experience with Temporal Workflow Engine. - Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, and switching. - Experience working with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures. Desirable Skills - Exposure to Microservices Architecture and development. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins. - Knowledge of AWS cloud development fundamentals. - Understanding of JSON/YANG data models. - Familiarity with containerized and cloud-native applications. Candidate Profile - Strong ownership and accountability for software delivery. - Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Passion for writing high-quality code and solving complex technical challenges. - Continuous learner with a focus on emerging technologies and engineering best practices.
