Meet the team: The Deploy Platform team at Latitude AI is responsible for getting the right software onto the right vehicles at the right time. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help modernize our deployment infrastructure: replacing legacy bootstrapping systems, building services that integrate with our testing and artifact pipelines, and enabling teams across the company to deploy software reliably to autonomous vehicles. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and embedded systems. You'll build tools and services in Python, Rust, or Go that interact with ECUs, integrate with test frameworks, and connect to artifact management systems. You should be comfortable with Linux systems, enjoy automating away manual processes, and be curious about how software gets from a developer's machine onto a vehicle. The expected base salary range for this full-time position in California is $179,200 - $268,800 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Latitude employees are also eligible to participate in Latitude’s annual bonus programs, equity compensation, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
