Job Description
Senior Staff Accountant - will be responsible for performing and overseeing the sales audit and revenue accounting processes, including coordination and review of offshore team activities. This role will support Oracle ERP implementation efforts, testing, process improvements, data validation, and post-go-live stabilization activities across the Finance organization.
- Perform and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales audit activities to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
- Coordinate, review, and approve work completed by the offshore accounting team, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting deliverables.
- Monitor sales interfaces and data flows into Oracle and research and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and revenue-related accounting processes.
- Prepare and review revenue account reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Support Oracle ERP implementation efforts including, data validation, process documentation, training support, and issue resolution.
- Partner with Finance and IT, teams to improve business processes and resolve system issues.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities within sales audit and revenue accounting processes.
### Responsibilities
Review work performed by offshore team under the general direction of the Finance Manager, Revenue.
### Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 2-5 years’ accounting or related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of revenue accounting, sales audit processes, and internal controls.
- Experience collaborating with offshore or shared-services teams.
- Oracle ERP or other large ERP system experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support large-scale system implementations.
- Strong analytical skills and is attentive to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Team orientated approach to tasks and problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) with the ability to learn new and existing company specific software applications.
- Ability to manage large sets of data and complex spreadsheets

Key Responsibilities
