Responsibilities Own the overall design, architecture, and implementation strategies for AI Developer Platform, ensuring alignment with the mission to enhance developer productivity. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Partner teams to define the goals and drive the strategic roadmap. Guide the team through technical choices, balancing short-term needs versus long-term strategic goals. Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies and approaches. Establish and maintain high technical standards, ensuring code quality, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. Set the technical direction, help plan deliverables and milestones and drive execution. Identify and proactively address technical issues and risks, and propose effective solutions to advance the team's velocity and impact on developer tooling.
