You know how to thread native code (Swift/Kotlin) into the React Native ecosystem when JavaScript hits a bottleneck. - Ship End-to-End: Write clean, modular, and highly testable code. You own your features from initial architectural design through deployment to the App Store and Google Play. - Technical Leadership: Set the standard for mobile engineering excellence. You will lead technical design reviews, champion automated testing (unit, integration, and e2e), and mentor junior/intermediate developers. - Minimize Friction: Help optimize processes. Stay close enough to the codebase to maintain absolute technical credibility while operating at a strategic level. ## Who we’re looking for: - The Experience: You have at least 7 years of software engineering experience, with a heavy emphasis on building and scaling complex production mobile applications. - The Tech Stack: You have deep, production-proven expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native.
