Initial Key Responsibilities - Architect and Scale: Maintaining existing technology and design, expand, and deliver production-ready SaaS and AI features that power SHzoom’s growth and differentiation. - Ensure Reliability: Safeguard platform performance and stability by leading rapid issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts. - Project Execution: Drive end-to-end technical execution, ensuring milestones are met with speed, quality, and enterprise-grade security. - Team Leadership: Guide engineering efforts across internal contributors and trusted external partners, setting priorities and aligning work to strategic goals. - AI Innovation: Advance SHzoom’s intelligent comparison engine, expanding its impact and value for enterprise customers across industries. - Operational Excellence: Champion agile practices, fostering transparency, accountability, and collaboration across all technical initiatives. Note: While this role is focused on hands-on technical execution today, it has a pathway to expand into a senior leadership position as SHzoom Technologies, Inc. continues to grow, with significant influence over strategy, culture, and team-building; reporting directly to the CEO. Qualifications Core Technical Requirements (Must-Have) - Full Stack Development (Azure, .NET Core, React Native) with 5+ years of hands-on coding. - API-First Architecture: Proven ability to design, secure, and scale APIs that external partners can plug into for quoting and comparison workflows. - Database & Multi-Tenancy: Strong Azure SQL and multi-tenant SaaS experience. - Cloud & DevOps: Azure cloud services (Blob, ARM templates, Docker on Linux, Entra ID), GitHub Actions CI/CD. - AI/ML for Automation & Comparison: Applied expertise in automation, data comparison models, and extending into predictive analytics and computer vision. Leadership and Execution - Demonstrated success leading technical projects from architecture to delivery in a high-growth SaaS environment. - Experience managing cross-functional engineering efforts, balancing internal resources and external partners. - Strong background in agile methodologies and technical project management. - Ability to set priorities, drive accountability, and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Ambition and capacity to grow into a senior technical leader as SHzoom scales. Industry & Startup Fit (Preferred) - Background in fleet, mobility, automotive SaaS, or industries with complex operations and high reliability requirements. - Experience in startups, particularly those that scaled or exited successfully. - Self-awareness, resilience, and a builder’s mindset is a must. Compensation - Base Salary: $130,000 – $165,000, dependent on experience and scope - Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility tied to milestones and outcomes - Equity: Participation available as the role grows
