## Job Description We are currently looking Senior Technical Lead – Optimizely Full Stack (CMS + CMP)- (Offshore - Work From Home) for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. • Required Skills • 6–10+ years .NET / ASP.NET Core • 4+ years hands-on Optimizely CMS (DXP) • Experience with Optimizely CMP • Strong API and integration design experience • Azure cloud & CI/CD exposure • Experience designing content lifecycle, governance, and multilingual setups • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Preferred • Optimizely Personalization • Headless architecture experience • Enterprise / regulated environment exposure Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end architecture across CMS, CMP, and external integrations • Design and implement CMS + CMP content lifecycle (workflow, metadata, localization, publishing automation) • Lead secure API-based integration (REST, Webhooks) between CMP CMS and other external applications, web & mobile. • Develop complex CMS components, services, integrations, and search configurations • Govern DXP environments and CI/CD pipelines • Ensure performance, security, compliance, and reliability • Participate in workshops, estimations, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions • Mentor developers and enforce coding standards Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) Joining time frame: Immediate
