You are a talented Senior UI Designer with a strong passion for crafting elegant, scalable, and visually compelling digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms. As a hands-on design leader, you take ownership of the visual design process, translating complex requirements into polished, user-centered experiences while ensuring consistency, usability, and brand excellence from concept to delivery. Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented, you thrive in a fast-growing, international team environment, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create high-quality digital products that deliver both business impact and exceptional user experiences. - Lead Visual Design Excellence: Create polished, high-quality UI designs for web platforms, ensuring exceptional visual craftsmanship, usability, and alignment with brand standards. - Design Intuitive Interfaces: Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless, engaging, and user-centered experiences. - Build and Scale Design Systems: Create, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides that ensure consistency and efficiency across products and platforms. - Transform Requirements into Interfaces: Translate business goals, product requirements, and strategic direction into visually compelling and effective digital experiences. - Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, strategists, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital products. - Present and Advocate Design Decisions: Communicate design rationale with confidence, facilitate stakeholder discussions, contribute to workshops and design reviews, and champion best practices across the organization. - Drive Quality Through Delivery: Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining visual consistency, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout production. - Leverage Modern Design Tools: Utilize industry-leading design and prototyping tools while contributing to efficient workflows that support rapid iteration and continuous improvement. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements.
