The Role We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of creating exceptional mobile app experiences. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams from discovery through to delivery, using customer research and insight to inform decisions and shape intuitive, accessible solutions. ### Knowledge Skills & Abilities - Demonstrated experience in a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing mobile app products. - Comfortable leading and contributing throughout the full product lifecycle, from early discovery through to delivery, partnering closely with Product teams to uncover customer needs and identify opportunities. - Uses customer research, behavioural insights, and data to shape design decisions, drawing on methods such as usability testing, customer journey mapping, problem definition workshops, and insight analysis. - Skilled at turning customer needs, business objectives, and product requirements into elegant, user-centred solutions that balance desirability, feasibility, and commercial outcomes. - Strong visual and interaction design capability, with experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity mobile experiences. - Passionate about designing accessible, intuitive, and engaging products, leveraging established design systems while recognising when enhancements or new patterns may be needed. - Able to simplify complex user journeys, improve existing experiences, and make thoughtful trade-offs that consider customer value, business priorities, and technical constraints. - Builds strong working relationships with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to shape solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes. - A collaborative designer who enjoys sharing ideas, seeking feedback, mentoring others, and contributing to a positive and inclusive design culture. - Communicates design rationale confidently and clearly, tailoring messaging to different audiences and helping stakeholders understand customer needs and design decisions. - Maintains excellent design practice within Figma, ensuring files are organised, scalable, and easy for others to navigate through consistent naming conventions, version control, and component management. ### Behaviours - An open and genuine communicator - Able to take responsibility for your actions - Always learning and wanting to improve - Takes responsibility for own development - Love what you do - Value and support your team - Embrace who you are - Open minded and willing to explore new ideas ### What We Offer We value our team and to attract exceptional people, we offer an excellent package!
