Additionally, the Senior Web Developer will provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. - Lead backend development efforts using server-side programming languages and frameworks such as ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Java, and others. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. - Active DoD Secret clearance required. - Experience within the DHA theater – highly preferred. - Extensive experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. - Proficiency in backend development using ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Java, and experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js or Django. - Strong understanding of web development standards and best practices, including experience with Sitecore CMS or similar content management systems. - Demonstrated experience in designing and developing scalable database schemas and integrating with backend systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding and developing junior team members. - Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and delivering projects on time. - Experience working in and managing an Agile development environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
