With over 1,200 global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 12 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.a ## Job Description Key Responsibilities: - System Configuration and Optimization: Execute the Workday HRIS roadmap to support long-term business goals and scalability. Troubleshoot configuration and reporting issues, identify root causes, and participate in developing new features and functionality. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a technical liaison for stakeholder teams, advising on system capabilities and automation opportunities to drive competitive advantage. - Operational Management: Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure configurations and implementations are developed, tested, and operationally ready. - Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls. - Reporting and Analytics: Design, create, maintain, and support standard and custom reports and queries using Prism Analytics to provide actionable insights for executive leadership. - Technology Transformation and Innovation: Champion Workday initiatives including semi-annual release testing, new module implementations, and complex process redesigns.
