This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO & Content Marketing Manager based in United States.
The SEO & Content Marketing Manager will lead the content strategy that helps audiences discover, trust, and engage with a growing digital platform.
This role combines editorial leadership, SEO expertise, audience insight, and hands-on content creation to drive measurable growth.
You will own the content ecosystem, including blog strategy, newsletters, search optimization, and scalable publishing processes.
Working closely with marketing, product, and external partners, you will create valuable resources that educate audiences and influence buying decisions.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution-focused storyteller who understands how content builds long-term relationships.

### Accountabilities:
The SEO & Content Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of content and search strategies designed to increase visibility, engagement, and business impact. This role requires strong editorial judgment, SEO knowledge, and the ability to connect content initiatives with audience and revenue outcomes.
- Own the full content lifecycle, including editorial planning, content briefs, writing, editing, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on keyword research, content gaps, on-page optimization, organic growth, and search visibility improvements.
- Manage external content partners and agencies by setting direction, providing strategic context, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining a high quality standard.
- Create and publish SEO-focused content while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
- Lead newsletter strategy, including content development, messaging, publishing cadence, and engagement optimization.
- Partner with product marketing teams to ensure content reflects positioning, customer needs, and target audience priorities.
- Monitor organic performance metrics and connect content initiatives to business outcomes such as traffic growth, lead quality, and audience engagement.
- Build and optimize AI-powered content workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining content quality.
- Support broader marketing initiatives through editorial expertise, messaging guidance, and content development.
- Stay current with evolving search trends, including AI-driven discovery and changes in how audiences find and consume information.
## Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced content marketer with strong SEO expertise, editorial skills, and a deep understanding of audience-driven storytelling. They should be comfortable owning strategy while remaining highly hands-on in content creation and optimization.
- Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, editorial strategy, or a related marketing discipline.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, content optimization, search strategy, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing content agencies, freelancers, or external creative partners.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to transform ideas into compelling content.
- Ability to understand target audiences deeply and create content that addresses their challenges, goals, and decision-making processes.
- Experience managing blogs, newsletters, content calendars, and multi-channel publishing programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure content performance and connect results to business objectives.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to independently write, edit, brief, and publish content.
- Experience using AI-powered content tools and automated workflows, including LLM-based platforms or marketing automation solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with strong ownership, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the creator economy, SaaS, digital products, or technology-driven businesses is highly valued.
