Job Description
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team in Milan. In this role, you will define and execute SEO strategies for The Level Group's Ventures—our portfolio of owned brands and licensed brands—combining technical knowledge, data analysis, and AI-powered solutions to drive sustainable organic growth.
We're looking for someone who doesn't stop at identifying issues but is naturally driven to investigate, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions. You should be comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, confidently supporting your recommendations with data and insights, while taking full ownership of your projects.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end SEO projects, including SEO analysis, technical optimization, content strategy, and link building, across international e-commerce websites.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools, identifying opportunities and turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze keyword trends, search intent, SERP evolution, and organic traffic to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Contribute to AI-driven SEO initiatives, leveraging automation and AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, and content workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the Online Store Management, Marketing, and Tech teams to execute SEO strategies across multiple markets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with Google's evolving ecosystem, AI search developments, and emerging SEO best practices.
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO; experience in e-commerce is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for SEO strategy purposes.
- Ability to investigate, connect data points, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Curious by nature: you enjoy researching, digging deeper, and challenging the status quo rather than settling for the obvious.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with the confidence to proactively share ideas and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics and confidently interact with stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and SEMrush or AWR.
- Excellent command of Excel and Power Point.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Screaming Frog, Salesforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AI-powered tools supporting SEO activities.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
What we offer:
- Compensation package within a range of €25,000 to €32,000, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.
- Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and other training initiatives.
- Be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
At The Level Group, we believe diverse perspectives and experiences make stronger teams. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, nationalities, identities, and abilities. If you require any accommodation during the interview process, please let us know and we will be happy to support you.
