Responsibilities: \ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements. \ Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals. \ Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events. \ Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs. \ Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets. \ Experience with data imports into GRC application tables. \ Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API. \ Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows. \ Create technical solution documentation \ As a member of the product team, participate in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies. \ Provide ongoing production and end-user support. \ Participate in deployment planning, ensuring adherence to software compliance standards.
