Job Description
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Configure, customize, and enhance the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain CMDB foundation components, configuration items, and data models.
- Develop and customize workflows using Flow Designer to automate business processes and integrations.
- Build AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other platform components to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing while performing defect triage and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements and project milestones.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, project updates, and status reports throughout the development lifecycle.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, communicate issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Follow established development standards, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB implementation, configuration item management, and data modeling.
- Experience developing workflows using Flow Designer and implementing process automation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI features for intelligent workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Experience with functional testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently while following structured delivery methodologies and project standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- One or two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or actively pursuing certification.

- Configure and customize scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Design intelligent workflows using Flow Designer and AI-enabled automation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain CMDB data models and platform configurations.
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshoot platform issues, and resolve defects efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver clear project updates while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices to ensure high-quality implementations.
