Key Deliverables: A SKILLED ServiceNow candidate should demonstrate hands-on experience in: - Requirements analysis and solution design - ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development - Workflow and automation implementation - Agile-based delivery and sprint execution - Testing, deployment, and platform upgrade support - Incident resolution and technical troubleshooting - Stakeholder collaboration and impact assessment - Technical documentation and delivery ownership Must-Have Skills: - Hands on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience - Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience. - Demonstrated experience in at least one or more ServiceNow product lines: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM - Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in a project or production environment. - Has hands-on configuration, scripting, module exposure, project delivery participation, testing, and ability to execute build tasks with guidance.
