## The Opportunity
ServiceNow Developer
Location: Canada(Remote)
Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will leverage your experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP), TMF APIs, and Integration Hub to create robust and scalable solutions. Additionally, you will assist in developing Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM is essential.
Must Have
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Certified Technical Architect (CAT) certification
- CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow micro certifications
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development:
- Design and develop custom applications, modules, workflows, and configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement ServiceNow solutions integrating with TMF APIs and other external systems using Integration Hub.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, Service Portals, and Service Requests.
Integration and Automation:
- Utilize Integration Hub to build and manage integrations with third-party applications and services.
- Ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems, particularly through TMF APIs.
- Develop and implement ATF test cases to automate testing processes and validate functionality.

Managed Service Provider (MSP) Experience:
- Leverage MSP experience to configure and manage multi-tenant environments.

- Provide support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances used by multiple clients.
ITSM, CSM, and ITOM Proficiency:
- Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Develop Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions to enhance customer interactions and service delivery.
- Implement IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Quality Assurance and Documentation:
- Assist in developing comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and test plans.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
