KalSoft is looking for a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer with strong expertise across SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online, and a solid understanding of the broader Microsoft 365 and .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade collaboration solutions while engaging directly with business stakeholders and external clients. ### Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and support SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019) and SharePoint Online solutions. - Build and enhance intranet portals, document management systems, and collaboration platforms. - Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS. - Develop and customize forms using PowerApps and workflows using Power Automate. - Support hybrid environments and contribute to migration and modernization initiatives. - Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services, including Power BI where applicable. - Define and manage data structures, security models, permissions, and governance. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Drive user adoption by delivering intuitive, well-documented, and professionally executed solutions. - Participate in presales activities, including solution design, technical inputs, and proposal development. - Engage confidently with external clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and communication standards. ### Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Developer. - Proven experience with SharePoint migration projects, including migrations between on-premises environments as well as from on-premises to SharePoint Online. - Strong experience across the .NET development landscape. - Extensive experience with SharePoint forms and PowerApps (highly advantageous). - Experience with Power BI is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and security modelling. - Demonstrated experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. - Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills. - Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Professional certifications (Microsoft / SharePoint / Power Platform) are a strong plus. ### Why Join KalSoft? - Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Microsoft and SharePoint solutions. - Exposure to regional and international clients. - Collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented environment. - Learning, certification, and career progression opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits.
