Job Summary
JCS Solutions is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer & Administrator to support the Air Force National Capital Region Information Technology Services (AFNCR ITS) program. In this role, you will provide administration, development, troubleshooting, and operational support for Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise and government environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and modern web technologies with a passion for delivering innovative collaboration and business process automation solutions. You will work closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to enhance productivity, streamline operations, support modernization initiatives, and ensure secure, compliant, and mission-focused collaboration services across the AFNCR enterprise.

What you will do:
- Provide administration, technical support, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
- Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions utilizing JavaScript and modern web technologies.
- Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Resolve Tier 1–3 SharePoint Online incidents, service requests, and operational issues in accordance with SLAs and ITIL processes.
- Administer SharePoint Site Collections, including site creation, configuration, governance, permissions management, content management, and decommissioning activities.
- Manage SharePoint permissions, Active Directory-integrated access controls, and user/group administration.
- Design and maintain SharePoint pages, site layouts, branding, and customer-facing interfaces.
- Monitor SharePoint environment health, performance, usage metrics, and service availability.
- Support enterprise collaboration initiatives, modernization efforts, and process improvement activities.
- Utilize ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems to manage incidents, service requests, and change activities.
- Participate in change management activities, outage coordination, and implementation support.
- Develop technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, training materials, and user guides.
- Conduct customer engagement sessions to gather business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and database teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, Air Force, AFNCR ITS, and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
What you will bring:
- Experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online (SPO) in enterprise or government environments.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Strong working knowledge of:
- JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
- jQuery
- JSON
- Bootstrap
- React JS
- Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC Helix, or similar enterprise ticketing systems.
- Experience managing SharePoint permissions, Site Collection administration, governance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and end-user training materials.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers, leadership, and technical teams.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance.

- Advanced expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and modernization.
- Experience building enterprise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting solutions.
- Strong front-end development experience utilizing React JS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Proven success supporting digital transformation and modernization initiatives within enterprise organizations.

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $130,000 - $142,000
