Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using React and Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA analysts, and developers from discovery through delivery
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and mentor team members to ensure high-quality engineering practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Debug and resolve customer-reported issues
• Contribute to modern event-driven architectures and cloud-native deployments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with modern state management and data-fetching libraries (React Query, Zustand or similar)
• Strong testing mindset with React Testing Library, Vitest, or equivalent
• Experience with production deployments
• Proficiency in Git, Linux, and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in remote teams
• Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
• Passion for learning and adopting new technologies
