We are looking for Site Planning Engineer for planning and monitoring construction activities, including schedule development, progress reporting, subcontractor coordination, and support for site planning using Primavera P6. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Acknowledge and comply with all client specifications relevant to construction planning and progress reporting for the assigned project. - Attend all meetings convened by project representatives. - Prepare all project-specific procedures and deliverables within own area of competence. - Develop project construction schedules and baseline plans, starting from the overall project schedule, and prepare the related reference progress curves, man-hour estimates, and manpower charts. - Review and comment on construction schedules submitted by subcontractors during the bid stage, in line with the approved overall project construction schedule. - Develop, agree, and finalize with each project subcontractor the construction progress curves, man-hours, and reference productivities to be attached to the subcontract. - Provide support to site planning staff for the assigned project, whenever necessary. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor’s Degree in any Egineering disciplines. - At least seven (7) years’ experience in the project control and planning. - Proficient at using Microsoft Office especially Excel spreadsheets and data management. - Proficient at using Primavera 6 and Microsoft project.
