Job Description
Smart Lion's growing global accounting team is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to manage end-to-end US accounting engagements for international clients, covering bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payroll delivery within a US shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for US-based clients
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Process payroll using ADP, Gusto, and QuickBooks
- Work within US accounting standards using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams during US shift hours
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification is mandatory
- 3–6 years of US accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Strong knowledge of AP/AR and bank & GL reconciliations
- Payroll experience with ADP and/or Gusto
- Willingness to work US shift hours
