Job Description
Smart Lion's growing global accounting team is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end UK payroll processing for international clients, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations within a UK shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end UK payroll for client accounts
- Ensure HMRC compliance and RTI submissions
- Manage PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions
- Administer Auto Enrolment (AE) requirements
- Handle client interactions and resolve payroll queries
- Maintain UK payroll compliance standards throughout processing
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IRIS Payroll Software is mandatory
- 3–5 years of UK payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of HMRC compliance, RTI, PAYE, NI, and pensions
- Experience with Auto Enrolment (AE) processes
- Willingness to work UK shift hours
