Job Description

Early-stage, fast-moving mobile app for the education sector, with a pilot launch coming soon. We need a Flutter developer who can take a working backend and turn it into a fully functional, polished app. This is an 8-10 week milestone-based contract, not a full-time role. Full product details are shared in the interview under NDA.

Key Responsibilities

Build role-based login and user profiles
Develop a social feed and community Q&A feature
Build a personal dashboard and progress tracking
Implement a gamification layer with points, levels, and badges
Integrate an AI-assisted chat feature
Implement real-time notifications throughout the app
Work independently against a milestone-based delivery schedule

Requirements

2+ years building real Flutter apps
Experience with Supabase or Firebase
Comfortable working independently on a milestone schedule
Proficiency with Flutter (not FlutterFlow) and Riverpod
A link to a real, shipped app you've built
