Job Description

Softprudence is looking for a seasoned SEO Manager to lead organic search strategy across a portfolio of client accounts spanning multiple industries and countries. You will drive keyword strategy, technical SEO, and team execution to deliver measurable ranking and traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy for multiple client accounts
  • Lead keyword research, on-page, technical, and off-page SEO initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives and content writers
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, and report on KPIs
  • Plan and execute link building and content strategies
  • Stay current on search algorithm updates and AI search trends

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SEO, with proven ranking/traffic results
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, and link building
  • Experience managing and mentoring an SEO team
  • Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Excellent client communication and reporting skills
