You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user needs to delivering reliable solutions. - Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies, including Node.js, React.js, and AI-powered development tools. - Apply software craftsmanship practices such as test-driven development, clean code principles, refactoring, and continuous delivery. - Take end-to-end ownership of features, including front-end development, back-end services, infrastructure, and deployment processes. - Collaborate through pair programming, peer reviews, and proactive teamwork to continuously improve engineering quality. - Work closely with product teams to understand problems, define solutions, and deliver impactful features and improvements. - Participate in an environment focused on continuous learning, experimentation, and raising technical standards. - Contribute to a culture of ownership, feedback, collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes. ## Requirements: You are an experienced individual contributor who thrives in an ownership-driven environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges with autonomy.
