REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures. - Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar. - Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Curiosity and enthusiasm for modern software development practices and emerging technologies. - Demonstrated expertise in using AI-powered development tools (such as AI code assistants) to enhance productivity. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Internship, co-op, or project experience in software development. - Strong academic performance or participation in competitive programming, hackathons, or technical competitions. - Experience with Git, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms. - Familiarity with AI tools for development, automation, or problem-solving. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
