Job Description
Summary
As a Software Developer on the team, you will be the primary technical liaison for key client stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation and adoption of our tools and platforms. You'll leverage your technical expertise in SQL, Python (good-to-have but not mandatory), Java (good-to-have but not mandatory) and API interaction to resolve complex issues, automate processes, and coordinate releases, directly impacting client success and program efficiency.
### Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on technical resolutions.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python or Java and SQL queries to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, improving data accuracy .
- Incident & Bug Management: Lead the end-to-end process for technical issues—from initial debugging and reproducibility testing to escalating critical bugs (latency, tool failures) based on established impact thresholds.
- Release Coordination: Manage the rollout of tool updates and new features, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Operational Support: Respond to high-tier technical support tickets, performing deep-dive analysis to resolve complex issues in a timely and clear manner.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in a technical support, DevOps, or mid-level development role.
- Development Stack: SQL (data extraction and analysis)
- API: Strong experience interacting with web services via HTTP verbs (GET, POST, etc.), managing secure API authentication, and handling JSON data structures. Should be able to read execute API Connects but not required to build API connects
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to root cause analysis.
- 100% on-site: The work mode is 100% on-site with no flexibility of hybrid or remote arrangements. The location would be Hyderabad, India.
- Work Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including availability for weekend shifts (typically 1–2 days per month) and on all major public holidays.
