ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Software Developer, you'll create and maintain software, systems, websites, applications and solutions for web, desktop and mobile platforms. Your active participation in the development team will be essential to driving innovation and ensuring the continued success of our projects. Our team is organized into squads using agile methodology, and each squad is responsible for an area of our platform, such as Finance, CRM, Customer Experience, among others. These squads are also organized with Tech Leader and experienced engineers who help with career training and support for a growing software developer. Our software architecture follows Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles, with a React-based frontend and Java Spring Boot–based REST APIs, backed by an Oracle Database. The system is designed to support scalable enterprise applications, primarily focused on ERP solutions.
