You will take ownership of complex and high-impact initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams (including IT employees and contractors) to deliver successful outcomes as a **Project Owner**. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical objectives. **Required Qualifications** - **3+ years of experience** in large-scale software development - **1+ years of experience** developing applications, web services, and cloud-native solutions using technologies such as **Java, SQL, Node.js, React, Angular, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA**, and related tech stacks - **1+ years of experience** working in **Agile development environments** - **1+ years of experience** in **Test-Driven Development (TDD)** practices - **1+ years of experience** with **CI/CD pipelines**, using tools such as **GitHub, CircleCI, Harness, Jenkins, or GitLab** - **1+ years of experience** with **containerization and orchestration technologies** (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - **1+ years of experience** working with **cloud platforms** such as **GCP, Azure, or AWS** **Preferred Qualifications** - Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to **own and drive complex initiatives** - Proven ability to **prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables** effectively - Experience collaborating across multiple IT teams, including **technical leads, architects, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams** - Strong **critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills** - Demonstrated ability to **communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels**, including business partners and senior leadership - Experience working within the **PBM or healthcare domain** **Education** Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent **specialized training or relevant professional experience** **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $144,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
