Required qualifications and skills include: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. - Experience with backend technologies such as JavaScript, Go, Java, Python, C#, or similar technologies, with the ability and willingness to work extensively with TypeScript and Node.js. - Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices. - Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and scalable application design. - Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization. - Knowledge of caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and message queue systems. - Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications. - Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern software development practices, and agile methodologies. - Experience using observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Sentry, ELK, or similar solutions. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and clean code practices. - Ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend solutions. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
