About the job Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end Site Reliability Engineering projects and tasks to continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of critical service components. Collaborate with partner Development and SRE teams to contribute to technical designs and deliver production solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure. Participate as a full member of the tier 1 GCS SRE on-call rotation, leveraging operational expertise to resolve complex production incidents rapidly and ensure global availability for blobstore and its dependent systems. Contribute to the team's technical roadmap by identifying system bottlenecks, prioritizing system simplicity, and building tools to minimize manual toil.
