Participate in system design for cloud expansion with senior guidance. Deploy and configure air-gapped solutions like Google Distributed Cloud (GDC). Install and configure core infrastructure: network switches, firewalls, block/object storage, servers, and hardware security modules (HSMs). Identify deployment requirement issues and help the team course-correct. Triage infrastructure errors and address commonly escalated issues. Leverage scripting and automation to improve deployment, configuration, and management for air-gapped solutions, reducing systemic toil. Communicate deployment knowledge within and across teams. Identify stakeholders and contribute to cross-team collaboration, coordinating timelines and objectives for assigned components.
