You will contribute to end-to-end solution development—from specifications to automation, data, and analytics—while collaborating with global R&D, product, and customer-facing teams to shape next-generation offerings. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Architect and develop framework solutions for semiconductor and electronics lab automation across Mixed Signal and RF domains - Integrate National Instruments (NI) software tools to create comprehensive workflows for product characterization and validation - Design solutions that enable seamless transitions from specification to automation, data acquisition, and analytics to enhance product quality - Own system features or full systems, leading them from definition through successful release - Collaborate with global R&D teams on feature alignment, dependencies, and customer-critical issues - Develop reusable IP and features for scalability across systems and future opportunities - Follow established software development processes and best practices for design and implementation - Gather and incorporate feedback from business managers, system architects, and application engineers - Provide technical leadership, guiding architectural decisions while balancing technical and business priorities - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams - Identify and drive architecture and process improvements to enhance long-term product quality and efficiency - Represent customer requirements and ensure alignment with product priorities - Lead resolution of critical issues and customer concerns - Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering learning and development - Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team Who You Are: You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals and actively collaborate to achieve outcomes.
