About the Position We are seeking to hire a passionate Software Engineer to build and maintain features for our flagship Zenarate Platform. With the use of AI technology, the Naehas Platform is revolutionizing the way customer-facing personnel learn and are coached, dramatically improving performance. The successful candidate will use their experience with Software Engineering and use multiple technology stacks to design, build, maintain, and test new and existing features to improve the platform. The company is looking for a Python Engineer responsible for application support, improvement, and customization. Your primary focus will be to develop functionality and features in a specialty system, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability. You will work in a fast-paced environment for a growing business, as part of a team of Enterprise & Customizations supporting all phases of the business. A detailed understanding of all components of application development and infrastructure is required. Basic Requirements: - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Python. - Experience developing microservices using Python. - Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in at least one Python web framework (Flask, FastAPI, Django). - Hands-on experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, and integrating AI features into production systems. - Basic hands-on experience in the Agentic AI space (e.g., building or integrating AI agents, tool-use, orchestration frameworks). - Experience writing unit and integration tests in Python (pytest or equivalent). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). - Working knowledge of containerization with Docker. - Basic understanding of web security (common vulnerabilities, secure coding practices, OWASP-level awareness). - In-depth knowledge of RESTful & GraphQL API design and implementation. - Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. - Expertise with SQL databases. - Expertise with source configuration management (Git, GitLab). - Basic hands-on experience with React for contributing to frontend features. - Exposure to building reliable, performant systems with awareness of fault-tolerance considerations. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good To Haves: - Expertise with NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, Athena, and Glue. - In-depth knowledge of web servers (Nginx, Apache, etc.). - Knowledge of message-driven architectures. - Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and similar standards. - Knowledge of governance practices (data governance, access governance, policy enforcement). Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from Top top-ranked college/ University. - Experience with iterative/agile development practices, exposure to global delivery teams, and comfort with direct interaction with business users at all levels.
